Installation guide

Tools needed for the installation

To start installing your hitch you will need :

• Torx screwdriver T 30
• Wrench #10
• Wrench 5/16
• Allen key 4 mm

12 Bolts	12 X 5/16
12 Flat washers	5/16
12 Lock nuts	5/16
1 Bracket Kit
1 Reinforcement plate( right side )
1 Reinforcement plate( left side )
1 T Shape central part

Parts list

Follow step by step :

1. Take of the the fender supports from the frame
   Fender support
   
2. Take off the original reinforcement plate inside the fender support and eliminate it.
   Original strengthening bar
   
3. 3. Take the back fender and flip it upside down to install the hitch. Unscrew the 6 original bolts and replace them with the new chromed bolts inside the installation kit.
   
4. Fix the fender support and our left side strengthening bar ( rear) in position.
   
5. Place the T shape central part on top. Screw everything together loosely using the two flat washers ( one on top and bottom ) and the locking nuts.
   
6. Proceed the same way on the right side.
   
7. Take the red tape of the brackets and place them on the frame as shown on the picture. Use the 5/16 bolts to keep the brackets in place. Proceed the same way on the left side
   
8. Put the fender supports back in their position using the 6 new bolts. Screw on the new strengthening bars to the brackets already in place.
   
9. Now you can tighten all bolts and nuts safely.
